This is a client-facing position responsible for creating strong Sales & Customer Service teams across the region and leading them with success to meet the Business Plan numbers of the region. This position also entails the incumbent to drive sales numbers in the new products and services too. They are expected to show extreme leadership skills in creating and nurturing a strong sales and customer support team and ensure that the team works calm under pressure and able to multi-task effectively.
